It is not busy on weekdays and the service is fast. Prices are above average. The employees're very polite and friendly.

Lovely ambience we sat Upstairs staff were attentative great service and a Special Thank you to "Katie" who was friendly and came back to make sure everything was OK.. a real touch.

Nothing like the Brighton branch. Service is terrible the staff on the terrace are all new. Not in line with the vibe they are trying to create. Food not as good as the other branch even if the menu is supposed to be the same. Ordered cocktails which we had to chase 3 times. They eventually came after I had finished dessert. Very sad about this place. I had high hopes it would be similar to their sister branch but sadly not.

Fantastic food, especially the Dover Sole (fish of the day) in the downstairs restaurant, and the beef brisket sharing platter upstairs. The DJ-curated music and the open-air upstairs atmosphere were amazing. We’ll definitely be back very soon!

Had the most amazing brunch with sunshine. Service was exceptional, our waitress Katie couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you so much we will be back again soon.

First time visiting and Branksome did not disappoint! We have been to the one in Brighton many times so it is always a risk whether you will like an alternate venue as much. We LOVE it! Great food / atmosphere, and always lovely staff.
