Been here a few times over the years and the prices just keep going up and not just a little bit. Has gone up close to 45% increase and the amount of food is not much. But does taste good. Can’t even get a deal if you buy more than one meal so for 5 meals you’re going to pay about $100. That seems high to me.

Every meal I've tried has been delicious—truly great-tasting food that fits perfectly into my hectic schedule. Additionally, I have a sensitive stomach, and I've had no issues digesting any of the meals. Focused on high quality nutrient dense food. The food was delicious. This is great for gym goers or those who want a healthy quick option. We will most definitely be back, when visiting Albuquerque. Excited for new locations to open in our home town of Phx one day!

Best meal prep in Albuquerque. I feel like I'm eating at a fancy restaurant every time I bring meals home. I've uploaded the macros incase anyone was curious.

Food is very tasty; however, for the price, the portions are very small. I just ordered the "Argentinian Steak Fajitas". Weighed the steak, 2.5 oz. 3 broccoli florets, and maybe one half of one potato. For $12.95, it's a non-starter for me. Should be $5.95, or they should double the portions. Would not recommend.

Awesome place. Pre-made meals that are healthy for you with actual healthy ingredients. Large menu. Reasonably priced. Microwave available upon asking associate for use to heat up a meal and eat it now. I ordered teriyaki chicken and it was very filling and the sauce was quite delicious. Will definetly come back to pick some meals up for work.

Carlo and his menu are amazing! I was in ABQ for business travel and needed a healthy, quick option. I had the chicken teriyaki and it was just what I needed! Protein, veggies, rice—delicious and calorie conscious! He is headed to PHX so check him out soon!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Easy, heathy eating, plus great staff

Been looking for an affordable place with this type of menu. Really happy I found them! I like the idea that I can buy a few meals at the beginning of the week and cook it at home when I need to. It's not a fancy dine-in place with a wait staff, but the food is tasty and healthy with good customer service.
