Deliveroo order came an hour later after the agreed time and there was also a milkshake missing

I waited 4 and a half hours waiting on my delivery and phoned 2 times and they said it was on the way so I waited and then phoned again at 1am and they women made up “ anciented and said that the drive had drove in a black ditch and then said he couldn’t find our house and the attitude was a disgrace and absolutely disgusting this hasn’t been the first time they’ve let met down from now on I’ll be ordering at fallones

We got an order that wasn't ours and the delivery girl who brought it was rude and basically threw the food to me and walked off. I obviously phoned the shop to sort the matter of the food not being ours and they sent the girl down to pick food up and yet again she was rude and just said "you not order the food" and took it and walked off. Not a thank you from her for the honesty, yes girl on phone was pleasant but never encountered a more rude delivery person before. I have got from here again but tbh probably not again

Regular customers for years, got £50 worth of food this weekend as we have a full house. Didn't receive a full £10 worth of food & rang to ask if we could call in for a refund tomorrow as we paid cash and I was left on hold for 10 minutes while my food got cold. I had to hang up because I was clearly ignored, utterly disgraceful. Rang back a few times but line is busy. No other way to get in contact to receive rightly owed refund.

Place is a joke the way the wee girls are treated by the team leaders is disgusting its actually bulling as most of them are 15 the managers and owners need to have a word with them about bulling in the work place 2 horrible horrible wee girls they are using their power to bully the young staff

So disappointed with what I received. I ordered nachos which came with cold cheese as if it were sitting in the fridge that did not even taste good. Got fudge ice cream sundae that also arrived melted with hard fudge as if it were over a day old. I would not recommend this place to anyone :(
