Moctail was very bad taste and its third time with me that the mocktail is extra sweet and there is not even a single cube of ice in it and there was no cutlery and straw with my order

I ordered Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and it was really good. Friendly staff, quick service, and clean place.

Shake was decent. The mixture of the waffle didn't taste the best though. Service was good.

Service wasn’t the best they tried, the music was WAY too loud and had racially motivated lyrics playing kanye songs that had a lot of N words in, the food was aweful the waffles were still doughy and the “thickshake” was so thick you couldn’t drink it at all, the sticky toffee pudding was soft but had little parts in it that were hard. My friend had to basically ask for her whole order while my other friend who has chrones couldnt eat it as the dough was that raw that after 1/4 of the waffle his stomach was “on fire”

I used to come here often but the desserts have just gone downhill. The tea is never hot enough and just tastes like water! The cookie dough is burnt on the sides and the last time I got it, it was undercooked. Cakes are too dry. Just had to walk out because there was a couple snogging right in front of me as well.

Boss refuses to then down the music. Very disappointing.
