I recently revisited this store after a break, and I must say, the transformation in customer service is remarkable! During my visit, it appeared the owner himself was managing the orders. Despite seeming a tad unfamiliar with the ordering process, his dedication and effort were commendable. He was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was top-notch. This personal touch added a unique warmth to the service. Previously, my experiences here were dampened by the staff's customer service approach. However, this visit marked a significant improvement. It’s clear that the store has invested in enhancing customer interaction, making it a priority. This positive change has not only uplifted the store’s ambiance but also reinstated my faith in their commitment to customer satisfaction. I'm genuinely impressed with the progress and look forward to more visits. It’s heartening to see a local business evolve and excel in customer engagement. Keep up the great work!
11/7/23: only recently discovered this colorful gem while driving down 24th St and finally decided to stop in. The young gentleman behind the counter was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and patient, as we perused the menu. I ordered the Awesome Acai smoothie (Strawberries, Banana, Raspberry Sherbet, Non-Fat Frozen Yogurt, Acai Juice) while my sister ordered the fig & prosciutto toast (fig spread, prosciutto, cream cheese, olive oil, black pepper and sourdough toast). Let me tell you, I sucked that smoothie down like there was no tomorrow -- it was that good! My sister devoured her toast, too. In fact, we were driving elsewhere this morning for breakfast and she mentioned Robeks toast, saying how delicious it was. It was so good I downloaded the app & started earning points. We have been back a couple times, and all the staff so far have been friendly. We will definitely be returning. Another thing I really liked was the toast plate was compostable. My only wish is that their other containers would be, too. But for now, at least it is recyclable. Maybe eventually they'll even let us bring in our own glass jars for, you know, saving the planet and all that. :-)
