Riverbend Inn & Vineyard

It was very lovely. Staff were very helpful. We were early and they allowed us to check in early. Lovely bubbly when we arrived and offered to drive us over to Peller when we were ready. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The hotel is not clean at all. The cleaning service is awful. One day they didn't clean the bathroom, one day they didn't make the bed. The floor of the room was always dirty and was not swept. They do not have a restaurant. They do not accept cash. If you don't have a car, I don't recommend this hotel at all. If the cleanliness of the room is not important to you and you have a car, you can get a room here

I can't say enough about our recent visit to the Riverbend. Everything was perfect ! There was 6 of us on a girl's getaway. Riverbend is conveniently located next door to Peller Estates & Two Sisters wineries. Thank you Rachel was your amazing friendly service ! The rooms are beautifully decorated. The grounds are breathtaking. Can't wait to go back. Rooms: Beautifully decorated and very spacious, with high end amenities. Nearby activities: A free shuttle away from Peller Estates Winery. Walking distance to Two Sisters Winery. A short cab ride from the downtown core of Niagara on the lake.

We came back after a great experience last year but were very disappointed. We had booked two rooms, and unfortunately one room was significantly smaller than the other, accompanied by an unbearable sewage odor. The second room was unsanitary, with hair on the floor and in the bathroom and used toilet paper. Upon requesting a room change, we were informed that we would need to pay extra for another room. Alternatively, we were offered a refund for one room, which was not a practical solution for our group of seven people. After a two-hour drive with guests from outside Canada, we were left with no choice but to cancel the entire reservation. This was particularly frustrating given that there were reportedly other available rooms in the hotel. We expected a more satisfactory resolution, especially considering the inconvenience and disappointment we experienced.
