They took my review down. It was an absolute horrible experience from drinks to people not receiving their dinners. Stay away.
The atmosphere at Hutton Brickyard is really unique. The mix of historical and modern design makes it cozy and inviting.
Hutton Brickyard totally exceeded my expectations. Great food, excellent service, and a beautiful setting made for an unforgettable dinner. I highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a great place to eat.
The River Pavilion at Hutton Brickyards has the best views of the Hudson River. We had a great brunch directly beside the river and enjoyed the live music. The burger and wood fired apple pancake were both delicious. They have a gluten free pizza option which was yummy as well. Can’t wait to come back on a Friday or Saturday night for drinks and dinner.
Beautiful dining room in a mansion. Casual fun menu and staff. The menu is limited but delicious. They French fries were amazing and thank you no truffle oil.
This place seems to be fairly popular, probably for special occasions and parties primarily. It’s located directly on the Hudson River which is very pretty during daylight hours but hardly visible at night. We visited in mid September. It was open air on all sides so with a brisk wind it was quite chilly if not cold. I don’t know if they have a way to enclose it during winter months or if they just shut it down. The menu was extremely limited. They seem to want to project a gourmet, fine dining atmosphere but did not succeed. The food was decent but priced way over the quality received. Cocktails were way overpriced, wine and beer were a little more reasonable in some cases, but generally overpriced as well. Overall, if you’re looking for a nice daytime setting and don’t mind spending quite a bit extra for that then this might be an option.
Had a company picnic catered there. It was really nice atmosphere, cool breeze and lots of fun
Wife surprised me with an overnight trip to Hutton Brickyards for our wedding anniversary. We made a reservation at the restaurant a few days in advance for 7pm, and the staff was very friendly up front. Unfortunately it took over 2+ hours to get our food. Basically, they lost our order and came back to our table multiple times to confirm it. It wasn't until 9pm the Maitre d' came to speak to us and apologized and asked if he could do anything. I asked for part of the bill to be comped and to their credit they did reduce the bill for us. The food did eventually come and tasted delicious, but we really were the last table to eat. The rest of our evening staying at HB was lovely, but I cannot recommend anyone eat at The River Pavilion, they really do not know how to manage their staff, please do better for future guests who are paying good money for an upscale experience.
