Ritzy Lounge

Ordered a vegetarian platter, made it clear I was vegetarian when ordering. Was brought a meat dish, which I realised once I had already taken a bite. They were apologetic but not as accommodating for how severe an incident it was. Shouldn’t be allowed to serve food if they cannot understand simple instructions.

Good shisha. Quickly made it and full of flavour

Disrespectful staff and they seemed really stressed out from the moment we walked in with lots of attitude to the point they were arguing with each other infront of me We went to Bubbles lounge and they really looked after us so if you’re in the area please do yourself a favour and go to a place that respects your presence as a customer!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the shisha was very nice, worth the price. I enjoyed the service by the lady and Thursdays free women shisha is fun.
