Decent italian ice place

Been ripped off by this corporate greedy franchise for the last time.
Tiny portions, barely a noticeable difference between the small and large and the place inside is filthy- hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in weeks. Almost 15 bucks for 2 sundays.. Not any more.
Culver's is getting our business from now on.

Ah Rita's, if I see one, I have to get it. Since I can't really eat normal dairy ice cream, this is a great treat on a hot and humid day. I love tropical flavors and this place does not disappoint with the variety that they have. They are always really friendly here and quick. Usually a short line so you never really wait too long.
