Guess how much 2 regular sized (looks like a small) concrete ice creams cost for my wife and I last night at Rita's Elkins Park? $16.24 folks! Where do we go from here? My suggestion is skip it.

Very unprofessional!! I wouldn't spend my money at this location EVER again. And for the young lady at the window with the bun in her hair..If you don't like your job get another one before somebody check you quick
