Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

It was ok to try once but I don't think I will try again.

Terrible, don't waste your money! The chocolate covered strawberry milkshake is liquid. The strawberries are just a syrup. It tastes disgusting, and I'm already getting a stomach ache. The Strawberry flavored ice taste is ok, but just syrup and ice. The small is tiny. Definitely not worth $15 for the 2 drinks.

Great place, not a lot of people, I rarely have to wait in line at this location.

Not sure how or why, but this is consistently the slowest and worst run Rita’s that I have ever been to. 15 minutes to get 2 Mistos. Head to any other local Rita’s if you want Rita’s.

Perhaps one of the worst run Rita's around. Went with my family a couple of nights ago to grab some frozen custard....service was extremly slow, mininimal amount of custard in a non Ritas paper cup and the Reese concrete had almost no add ins. Would like to say that this experience was an exception, but it is not. If you want Ritas, go to another location.
