The service was very good. Unfortunately the food was disappointing for the price. The dishes were cold and poorly plated. The portions are extremely small. A few small pieces of meat around a plate. The price is absolutely not justified. There are other restaurants that serve better and cheaper food in Venice.

The food is very good with very nice platting. The service staff is very attentive and we are delighted to have spent our first night in Venice dining @ Rosa Rossa

The waiter bartender is a cheat. I asked the price of the tiny chicetti and he said 3 euro but he charged me 3.50each. They were literally bite sized. The food wasnt fresh and although it looked interesting it actually tasted very average. Ive just seen what 10.50 converts to in australian dollars -$17.90! For three mouthfuls of food, even if it is venice, this is still wrong. I knew something wasn't right with the bill when i saw it but i only remembered later what he’d said. Also i think he had advertised “no coperto” and none was written on the bill so the only mistake i really made was to go and eat there.

Delicious food, perfect house white and a relaxed ambience in the garden, away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. Gorgeous shady table where we were made to feel very welcome. Thank you to our waiters!

My mother and I just had the most amazing meal experience. Very local. Very authentic. The wine was delicious and affordable (barollo 2020 for 76 EU). The food was spectacular and I would highly recommend the carpaccio. The atmosphere on the back alley was intimate in all the best ways imaginable. The service was great and they continually brought us more and more food and just kept getting better and better!
