My wife’s birthday here was spectacular thanks to the service of Lidia and the excellent kitchen. I will be returning!!

Lidia was such a great server! She had the best recommendations and the food was to die for. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting Florence 10/10.

We LOVE this place since moving to Florence. We eat here nearly weekly and it’s consistently great food and service. Nina especially makes us feel at home as she is so kind and friendly - which makes every visit so enjoyable.

Stumbled upon this gem as we toured Florence and had an amazing and authentic meal including the house Chianti and finished with Lemoncello. Lidia was a fantastic server and she made sure our last meal after a two week tour of Italy was perfecto! Thanks Lidia! Ciao!

The reviews of this place were great so we had higher hopes than we should have. Everyone was an American tourist. Our steak was supposed to be be rare. It was medium. Probably the least flavorful steak I’ve ever had. It was really disappointing

A Great Food and Service . Mr Arber super focused on customer experience! He indicated to us the best traditional foods and wine recomendation! Everything was Great! Congrats for the Service ! If you are coming to Firenze I do recommend IL Paiolo

Beautiful restaurant with complimentary Prosecco while you wait outside for a table. Our waitress Romana was lovely, could not fault her. The truffle pasta and florentine steak were delicious. 10/10 recommend.
