Granted we are here for a tournament and the hotel is PACKED and it's Thanksgiving Day. They were terribly understaffed, but the one server practically told us it was best if we place a room service order because there were no clean tables available. (There several spots that were really not bad. A simple cleaning rag would have fixed that issue.) I do feel horrible for those who work holidays like this, but the hotel manager knew exactly what was going on this weekend and should have prepared the staff for the influx of guests arriving on a National Holiday. I can't even rate the food, I never got to order. When I went back to our room and I called to place an order, the phone just ran endlessly. My hubby did mention to the front desk how uncomfortable he felt when the server complained about doing her job with foul language. The gentleman at the front desk apologized and gave us some coupons to use next time. I'll come back and review again if we get a chance to actually order food.
