Rio Brazilian Steakhouse

Great food, great service, great experience. It was so cool!! And Ruchi was a great server for us, all of the staff was! Thank you, Rio Steakhouse for a great dinner.

We went to Rio Brazilian Steakhouse today for my cousin's 21st,the food, atmosphere and service,was Outstanding,and absolutely fantastic value for money but also the food is Delicious! Can't wait to go back

Went last night 13-4-24, first time there, firstly the food was amazing, very happy with the food & the guys serving.. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the whole experience, we arrived via the Rose St entrance and was promptly sat at the nearest table. Everytime the door opened a draught hit our table & we asked to be moved, the gentleman with the sun tattoo who was dealing with us then dissappeared completely, leaving us with no choice but to remain sat there, drinks took ages to come, meat started arriving and we started to warm up, then a member of staff left the door open to collect some bottles of wine, we complained & he apologised saying he'd bring some complimentary whisky to warm us up, which never happened...we ending up having to have our meal with our coats on it was so cold, the air curtain heater above the entrance door wasn't on....we paid our bill in full, we voiced our opinions to the lady she apologised and said that they always get complaints about the cold from this table....there was no offer of a bill reduction which I thought was valid...and still the guy with the tattoo on his hand was nowhere to be seen...very disappointing experience indeed. Really enjoyed Rio Brazilian Steakhouse, it's the same sort of idea as a few other similar places where you help yourself to salad and sides and then the servers keep coming around with different cuts of meat for you to try but here the food was a LOT better. Much nicer choices if side dishes (rather than just salads and potatoes) and had a lot of choices. The meat that they brought was all amazingly tasty and perfectly cooked, all the staff we interacted with were friendly and polite and (while it was a bit more than I'd normally spend on a meal) it was well worth the cost

trip from Liverpool to Edinburgh to have a nice weekend and my friend recommended the restaurant to me, I made the reservation and when we got to the place the staff was very bad they made me and my family wait after they found us a table no one came the first 30 minutes to ask us how we were, after that we ordered some drinks since it was my mother's birthday, and it took more than 20 minutes, the customer service was very unpleasant, after that I talked to the waiter to bring me a cake with a happy birthday for my mother and it took more than 40 minutes and my family was uncomfortable, when they bring the dessert something falls and they put it back in place with their hands to which my mother realized and She stood up angrily to leave, when they handed me the bill it seemed extremely expensive for such bad service

Great Meats and cooked to perfection. Staff were great and service friendly

Nice restaurant. Friendly staff Meat is lovely and nice cocktails too Identical to Fazenda if you’re a fan
