Richies Family Restaurant

Recently ate at Richies. I have to say the service was outstanding. Pat was the server and she could not be more gracious and lovely. Her service was beyond excellent. Made you feel like family. She is indeed a credit to your restaurant.

We occasionally drop in to Ritchies for a meal and have been doing so for over 50 years. It has always been good, till yesterday. My husband had the prime rib and said it was fine. I had the chicken parm. Looked like someone dumped a can of diced tomatoes over the mushy spaghetti. Chicken was barely OK with an imitation mozzarella cheese slice slapped on top. No parmesan cheese in sight. The whole meal was swimming in water. Unfortunately I have had digestive issues since we had our meal. I think I have a mild case of food poisoning.

We were sat quickly as a table of 6 on Good Friday despite the place being packed. Service was quick and friendly and the food was delicious! Will definitely be back :)

Best milk shakes and great breakfast

Food was delicious and large portions. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Two in our party were handicapped and it was easy access in and out of the restaurant and also were seated in the lower section so no steps to deal with. Would go back again and again.
