A complete rip-off! Awful costumer services and the smallest portion EVER 🤮
Rice Bar is one of a kind. My only complaint is I wish they were open for dinner and weekends! The bulgogi is amazing and the amount of toppings is endless. The serving size for toppings, sauce and meat is plenty. The service is also great, all of the workers are attentive and caring. Cannot recommend enough.
Nice restaurant where you make your own rice or noodles bowl!
It’s the Subway of Rice and Noodle dishes!
Athentic Krean rice bowls (Bi bin bap, or do).
We tried BBQ bowl and Tofu bowl last tuesday. My families are bibimbap lovers and were never disappointed at any bibimbob places before. So we are so excited to find this place on google and made a special trip to have lunch here during our one week travel in DC. Clean and nice place, nice people and service. But the taste is not authentic korean. The brown rice and bulgogi's taste are NOT cooked in authentic korean style. My two sons are always big eaters, and it was the first time they didn't finish the half of bibimbap. We are Korean, and I know how to cook Korean foods. It looks like korean bibimbob, but some what fusion style. As Korean, I'm still happy for them to keep a great review. The next day, we had dinner at Bibibob at Dupont Circle. Bibibob is a perfectly great Korean bibimbob. So does Gogobop at LA Koreatown(UCLA), where we tried two weeks ago. RiceBar, the business looks already successful, but the taste could be more amazing, I believe. Good luck with your business.
I came here during the lunch hour, unknowingly, but as expected, it was packed. With sheets you fill out in the beginning, the ordering process is made quite easy for the staff.
However, it's important to remember to gravy your bowl. I didn't know, and was given my order that was quite dry, but that's on me.
If you know what you want, this place is great and the food can be quite filling.
Pretty solid chipotle type beat for Korean food
The Korean ramen was absolutely delicious, packed with flavor that didn't disappoint. The unique presentation added to the experience, giving it a warm, special touch that made us feel at home. It's clear that attention to detail and care went into crafting this dish, making it a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
First time here and it did not disappoint. Tried both the noodle and rice bowls and they were excellent. The menu is a bit confusing if you are not familiar with the ingredients; however, the staff was super friendly and helpful in explaining everything. Love that they don't have the traditional American drinks either, all craft soda and some healthier options. Not from the area but when I come back I will definitely visit again!
i went here and when i was sick and i got just udon noodles and miso and they looked at me strange but they made it anyways it was very delicious. I know if i had this feeling better it would hit the spot just like how it did yesterday. big group of people talking together super nice atmosphere
