Went to get some food, it was great as well as the people

My husband and I had the whiting dinner with the macaroni and cheese, spinach rice, macaroni salad and cucumbers. The Mac and cheese was delicious! The rice had a gravy on it and was seasoned well. The owner took his time to speak to us and explained that they recently changed their recipe for the Mac and cheese after taking in customer feedback. It is good! The owner and staff were so nice and accommodating. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend it.

Food is good

I use to go here a lot with my granny back in the early 2000’s when it was really popping everything was on point we’ve move far away I haven’t had it in years came back was so happy to be going to the famous RIB SHACK!!! I came back it was not the same anymore it wasn’t giving tasteful, deliciousness, divine nothing it was just OK I left in 2005 came back in 2016 it wasn’t the same obviously they chef left? quit? idk but I haven’t been back since and I went back a few times just to see if it was just maybe off that day, it was still off.

Now I’ve been going to ribs shack since I was a little girl. I’m now a young adult and I hate to say it but I noticed the quality in the food has gone down especially the mac & cheese. And reading these reviews I’m not the only one that feel that way. I’ve noticed the decline for about two years now the macaroni I am served is a literal brick and I don’t know what type of cheese they use but it’s just dry and flavorless absolutely no love and it seems like one cares. Such a shame because the Mac was so good now it’s like the stereotypical Jamaican Mac & cheese iykyk. Very generous portions though. Hopefully they take everyone feed back into consideration one day and start serving food with love again!

Food very good but, services sucks on multiple levels. 1-Some of the employees are rude. 2-My food came over 30 mins AFTER they said it would. My total wait was 55 mins after I placed my order. I paid $50 for cold food. They won't be seeing my money again for a very long time because of that. 3-When I called them, to get answers, their answering service spins me every time. They could fix this by replacing rude employees, answering their phone with REAL people, fix problems immediately, and be customer friendly in general. If you don't respect me, then I'll go spend my money with someone that does. I was so disappointed that I wanted to throw it in the garbage !! I just wasted $50. SMH

Food is grossss!! No flavor the Mac and cheese is so hard u can throw it at a window and the window would break!! The food feel off big time!!
