Not disabled friendly. No accessibility for disabled people in private hire room. No disabled parking. Staff not friendly.

Had a table booked, needed to confirm a few details sent emails and must of rang 20 times no reply or answer. Got there all be it early that's why was ringing, any way they did seat us early. We had got a virgin experience they brought us the food what we paid for it was not worth the food we got. We went to ask they brought tje other half out but again all in all the service and response of most staff was not very good. The supervisor/many 10/10 but the rest of the staff I'm sorry never again

More flies than customers in here- although the food was ok and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
