These are by far the best tamales I've had in Chicago. Their pupusas are very good too, but it is a 15 minute wait for those, so it's best to call ahead.

Best tamales in town . I don't know what this Karen underneath me is talking about. The strawberry tamales are fire. As well as the rest of them. Everything on the menu won't disappoint. Hard working people. Don't be a hater Karen

hold on wait a moment... I'm typing this review with one hand while I shovel the Tamales in my mouth with my other hand as quickly as humanly possible. There are tamales and there are these TAMALES.... Reed, Green, Rajas con queso or dessert tamales they are All so-so good. Their is no comparison. Every time... And I mean every time I've come here there's always a line of people waiting to order. There is no parking, no sit down dinner, no beautiful decor and none of that matters! When was the last time you waited in line for anything that isn't superb? La Bendición translates to " The Blessing"... If that's the case consider me a born again tamalero!!

These tamales are AMAZING! I love especially how the staff and owners are. They are also very friendly and I love the atmosphere with the christian music in the background. God bless you!
