The atmosphere here is more like a restaurant-bar. At the bar, someone is drinking beer, at the table some people are playing chess and drinking wine, and eating Canarian potatoes. Then, in another hall, a birthday is celebrated.
Here, it is tasty and atmospheric, and home-made food is prepared, as if it were cooked by a grandmother. Simple design, simple serving of dishes, but the main thing for us are the taste of food and attentive waiters.
The first time we came here, not knowing Canarian cuisine and the language at all, so I was offered to go into the kitchen and see with my own eyes what is being prepared, what it looks like and what I would like to order. It was very nice.
After this visit, we became frequent visitors to this restaurant. Our favorite dish here is carne con papas. Meat and potatoes melt in your mouth.
Es un sitio de comida casera de toda la vida. Destaca por su buen ambiente y su buena comida. En esta ocasión pedimos para picar queso, y potas en salsa que estaban muy buenas. Y luego como principal, una vieja guisada y dos fritas con papas arrugadas y vino tinto.
En definitiva, es un lugar muy recomendable donde poder disfrutar de comida casera en un buen ambiente.
