Restaurant O opened its doors in Coos Bay in December 2017. Chef O'Neill is a classically-trained chef from Canterbury College in England. He then started his adventure in various kitchens in Switzeland, London, Paris, Canouan, Mustique Island, Canouan Island, Germany and Italy. He was celebrated as a Masterchef at the World Gourmet Summit in Singapore in 2007. Armored with his extensive experiences in the sophisticated culinary arena in Europe and the Carribean, Chef O'Neill's dishes transcends various flavors with a creative flair that astounds and exceeds expectations of the palate. He partnered with his wife, Dr. Kariktan Cruz who set her roots as a pediatrician in the southern Oregon Coast in 2009.
