Restaurant Le Parlementaire

One of the most flavourful meals I’ve ever had, in the most beautiful surroundings imaginable, with the finest and most elegant service: a magnificent meal fit for a king, yet it cost less than eating at the trashy tourist traps just down the street.

Nous étions un groupe ! La plupart avait consulté le menu pour le 26 janvier 2024,mais le menu n’était pas à jour!Donc je n’ai pas mangé de pintade ,je me suis rabattu sur le foie de veau que personnellement j’ai trouvé trop épais .Par contre la soupe à l’oignon ,le gâteau noisettes,le service ,c’était impeccable

Manger à la même table que les ministres Flanc de porc de la Beauce rôti lentement, tarte Tatin de betterave rouge, condiment de betterave jaune, laitue frisée et sauce au sirop d'érable

We had lunch there as we had just finished our visit and it was raining. I completely recommend having lunch here before or after a visit. It was the best meal we had in a while. First, the setting is amazing. It is a beautiful room at the heart of the national assembly of Quebec. Staff are efficient and really friendly. The entrance of the day was a mushroom mousse. It was presented superbly, had a lots of different textures and tastes. Absolutely stunning. The picanha was really tasty and so we're the deserts. It was the best Paris Brest I ever had.

L'endroit est super! À la base nous pensions ne pas pouvoir y dîner puisque c'était réservé aux employés du parlement, mais pas dû tout, n'importe qui peut aller y manger. La nourriture est excellente, c'est dispendieux mais la quantité est bonne, faite le plus possible avec des ingrédients venant du Québec puis la qualité des plats est loins d'être décevante! Le staff est super sympathique et très aimable. En conclusion, je recommande fortement!
