Ordered a blue ribbon burger tonight. First one was crispy and dried out. However calling the restaurant, the manager was more than happy to remake my whole meal. The remake was SO much better. Want to compliment the manager and staff for making a customer happy. Thank you Valpo Red Robin. :)

Really a good experience. Cobb salad was the best I've had for a long time. Onion rings were super. Highly recommend.
