Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I thoroughly enjoyed our service by Tara, she was fun and interactive, and has very sharp ears, definitely a night to eat some red Robin :-) thanks to everyone involved! Edit 2024: still returning to this specific restaurant regularly! Very much enjoy the quality and consistency that has shaped my experience, every time!

Predictably good. Sad the milkshake machine was broken.

Older red Robin. Smelled like a wet dog inside but even else great.

This place was one of my favorites place to come and bring my family to come and eat. This last visit was by all means sad. Waited over an hour for our food, when food came out it was cold. Ordered adult beverages and we could see the beverages sitting waiting to be picked up, I finally went to the bar almost 15 mins of waiting to grab our drinks. This establishment has declined in service. Almost seems take out orders are taking precedence over in house service. Sad to see this business losing itself since all the changes including adapting to the COVID situation.

There is nothing new with R&R. Same menu and drinks delicious bottom-less fries. Service, like others, is super slow, servers are doing their best, friendly, but they need way more help.

Rude staff. Asked for a booth and was told they are all dirty. Advised I don't mind waiting and she said that we couldn't have one. WHAT??? Walked out and went somewhere else.

We're Red Robin regulars--at least couple times a month. Today's Tacoma Mall restaurant experience was definitely not up to standard. Waitress put in wrong order for my wife, took a long time to get correct replacement, and then both items were on the bill! (I thought they should have comped wife's sandwich, but didn't say anything.)
