If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered Uber from here. Uber denied refund because half of my order was not in the bag. Couldn’t get a hold of Uber over the phone. I called Red Robin to see what they could do. The manager (so she said she was) told me that she packed the bag herself and she put it in there. She could not have- the bag was stapled shut. I asked for her name and she hung up. I called back and asked for her name from another employee. Her name is Beth. Beth. Thank you for being the rudest “manager” I have ever spoken to. This Red Robin needs to re- train Beth on how to speak to customers. Update: After given an email to reach out to, I reached out 3x in the past month with zero reply. Sad to see this place tank. No wonder their employees treat customers like this. They have zero standard
I ordered a Banzai burger with no cheese for delivery and received a completely different burger. I’m pretty sure they gave me the “Burnin Love” because it came with a jalapeño on the side. I don’t do spicy food! So it was quite disappointing when I took a bite of fried jalapeños and cheese. I was so excited for the pineapple and teriyaki :( I ended up taking off the jalapeños and ate half the burger because I was so hungry. Waste of money. Update: They ended up giving me a refund and a $10 credit so that was very sweet. Thank you.
Cold, soggy food. Grouchy servers. Probably the worst Red Robin experience I’ve ever had
They must have changed the burger patties. I sent my burger back twice and ended up eating elsewhere. After 30 years of eating at various Red Robin locations this is the worst burger of theirs I've had.
Usta love this place. Servings are getting smaller, prices going up. Service was so-so, nice, but no sense of urgency, just goin through the motions... Parking: Gotta pay to park anywhere close and the closest was 4 blocks away.
Ordered a burger to go and asked for 1 item to not be on it and they changed up the burger to where it didn’t have most things on it but added others.
Orders on DoorDash and my order came with literally 8 fries. This tiny tray cost me $30! Won’t be coming here ever again.
We ordered whiskey River chicken sandwiches and got hamburgers!! My sons didn’t taste well. I don’t know how to even explain it. We let them Know and they didn’t really care. I have never had bad experience at this Red Robin I am little sad as it’s are favorite place.
