Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I come into the restaurant on a Sunday evening. Theres one group of 4 people waiting ahead of us. We get greeted by a very harried looking person who is taking curbside delivery orders outside to 4 cars lined up. She says they've only got one server and it will be 20 mintues to get seated. I look into the dining room and there are 6-7 tables. We say we're going to wait. She seats the people ahead of us. As we sit it slowly dawns on us that if we're waiting 20 min to be seated whats the wait for food going to be? It's obvious that they don't have enough staff. This is a serious sign of mismanagement and low wages. I am not going to eat at a place that cuts so many corners. Pay a living wage and hire more people. Edited to add: Haven't been back since. Not even on my birthday to get a free meal. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The quality of food has gone way down and the prices have gone up. We have had Red Robin many many and this was by far the worst! The salad was not fresh. The fries were cold. My all time favorite chicken sandwich was a huge disappointment. All buns stale and dried out. And for 3 adults and one kid it was $80+ no appetizers just burgers and fish n chips. Red Robin you let us down! And the place was a mess and very dity! Our waitress was nice and did a fine job.

Red Robin never disappoints us. Their burgers are consistently good!

Food was expensive. They expected a big tip and I had to wait and wait for them to bring the receipt after I paid. I won't be back

Excellent job Christine and the kitchen staff accommodating our special food requests. Will definitely come again!

Tried the new Scorpion Burger and Avocado Smash Burger the Scorpion Burger was disappointing I was hopeful it would be spicy, the Avocado Smash Burger was delicious the fries seemed old they was just barely warm but tried garlic fries they should have been better switched to steamed broccoli just disappointed , it should have been better it was 3 pm and the place was empty there was people at 2 other tables , a table near us was cleaned off but not wiped down it had food still on it and remained that way , it have ate at Red Robin’s for years it is based on location for good food our service was good I did express that the fries seemed old and changed my side Parking: Handicap parking
