Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I’ve ordered to go from this location several times, and every single time they have gotten my annoying customizations accurate. Great burgers, fries, salad, and ranch.

We have been customers for years and always enjoyed the food. Tonight's takeout order was inedible. Cold, cheese congealed, meat tasted terrible, missing ingredients. We ordered lettuce wraps and our containers contained 80% brownish or nearly frozen lettuce. Absolutely horrible. We won't ever go back. If I could rate it a zero I would. Picture of what we ordered - we got no avocado and no onion straws. The second photo shows how much lettuce was left after attempting to eat the meal. $40 worth of half frozen lettuce. Dietary restrictions: Great options but poorly executed.
