Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

My child loves the mac & cheese. The burgers are yummy and the atmosphere is cool. Service is always cheerful & fast. Kid-friendliness: My child's favorite restaurant.

I’m not sure what is happening with this place. It used to be to be great. That time has come and gone. We went on a Friday night, there was a wait about 25 minutes. No problem, but when we got seated it wasn’t that busy. The chair I sat in was ripped, the table was still dirty. It looked like someone wiped some of it but missed most of it. Our server was slow and forgetful. They were running margarita all day specials. You get a small glass for $4.99 mine came with a sad half covered salt rim and no limes. It took 15 minutes to find server to get limes. When they came there was some kind of orange powder around the bottom of plate they came on. The limes were old and dry. When my burger came it was warm not hot, same with Fries. Also fries were just on plate, I remember them coming in a cool basket in the past. Draft beer was not cold and they do not chill glasses anymore. Overall won’t go back.

Hey a great experience! Our server was Alex and he was fantastic , very outgoing, kept checking up on us and talking and laughing with us . I'm glad we ended our mall adventure at Red Robin, because Alex added another layer to an already great day! All six of us enjoyed our time at Red Robin ! Thanks !

We placed an order for pick up at 617, food still not ready at 640, Manager stated he will refund our full order, still have not seen that refund and all the food we got, was totally cold!

Food was very good. Fries were especially good. Nice place overall.

Food (salad and croissant BLT, sweet potato fries), dessert (mile high pie) and drinks (alcohol) were really delicious! Great prices! Waited only 15 mins for a table which I thought was extremely quick, busy Saturday! Service from our waitress was meh...asked for water twice, she seemed distracted or something? Over all I would definitely go back. Vegetarian options: Customize to what you would like.

Our waitress came over and got our orders and that was pretty much the last we saw of her. Someone else delivered the food, then we had to hunt her down to get the bill so we could pay cash. We would have definitely gotten more to drink and more fries, but that wasn't exactly possible. Should also note, it wasn't busy when we were in. My sandwich was so soggy on the bottom and the top bun was stale, I ended up just eating the meat. Another thing to note was the floors were greasy and slippery. It was like something had been spilled and not properly cleaned up. Whatever it was clung to the bottom of your shoes which then tracked it into the bathroom and other areas. We enjoy Red Robin. But this location had some major issues.
