Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We have been enjoying Red Robin for years because of their terrific gluten-free buns and dedicated gf fryer. They were the best gf buns anywhere. They didn't fall apart and the taste was great. Recently we went to Red Robin and made a usual order with gf buns. We were disappointed because something had changed and they no longer had the great taste and were quite bland, like most gf buns. They held together alright, but they were no longer a treat. Red Robin will no longer be my first choice when I'm looking for a great gf burger. Dietary restrictions: The restaurant still does a good job keeping gf safe.

We had a new server and she was AMAZING! I don't usually care for RR, but it was wonderful!

Ordered online, order 100% correct and ready on time. Nice feature to be able to track progress. Brought out to the car at the estimated time. Food was fresh, hot and well packaged. Specialty burgers & fries were delicious, as usual.

Food quality keeps going down and prices keep going up. Used to love RR....

In recent years, many RRs have removed our favorite food items from the menu, like the clam chowder. My kids used to love RR because of the interaction they had with the kids. Now, the free balloon is the only thing they like about it. Any time we needed something at our table, we had to literally reach out and get our waitress' attention or ask someone to send her over. The staff don't seem happy about their job like before, and it gets reflected in their tip.

My wife and I took my step daughter out for her 25th Birthday and it was a wonderful time! Our server was very attentive and the staff wished our special daughter a very happy birthday. Bravo! And thank you for a fantastic night!
