Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Ordered for curbside pickup. Pulled in to pickup bay 3 and "texted" the number on the sign. Waited 20 mins and nothing. Tried calling the number, but the number is disconnected. Finally got out my car and walked in to ask about my food. It had been sitting on a shelf for 20 mins. Needless to say, the food was soggy and cold by the time I tried to eat it.

We weren't able to get seated after waiting a while and being ignored by the staff so we left.

The amount of fries you get for 15-20 dollars is ridiculous. Very small amount. Child portion. Long Island had light alcohol and seems overall they are about cutting everything down.

Service was simply amazing. We did call ahead, and had zero wait. Truly bottomless fries and drinks. This is a great place to eat. Our server, Christina, was worth more like 10 stars. Amazing server!!!

One of mine and my husband's favorite place to eat a burger and their French fries and campfire sauce are wonderful!!!

Everything was great, came out fresh. I ordered the burnt end burger + egg and it was just what I wanted. Friend and I came in at 430ish and it was kinda slow... so I think our server was bored because he was there every 2 minutes which did become a bit irritating but overall he was great.

Didn't get a photo this time, but the burger was great with bottomless sides.
