Just horrid service at the bar. I just went in for a quick beer! Sat down right beside the bartender. She didn't great me, or acknowledge me for 5 minutes. Then I gave her my order and asked to pay right away inferring I was in a hurry. She doesn't poor my drink, turns around and doesn't pay attention to me for another 3 minutes in which time, I could no bare the horrid service stood up and left. Go to Swiss Chalet instead!

We were waiting 1 hour! And... our food didn't arrive. We got "I'm so sorry. You may not pay for drinks" from a waitress. People around us were served. We had a hungry kid with us. Will never ever go there again. Just terrible service!

The food was amazing, and our server was really kind and helpful. The place had a great feel to it too! Definitely recommend the freckled lemonade! (psst... it's bottomless)
