Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Our waitress wise pushy and she I we felt that she was in our face a lot. It was OK. It was costly I'm probably not going to go back.

Outstanding customer service by the bartender.

Our waiter was amazing, he made the best out of a crappy situation. He took our order quickly and efficiently, got our drinks, checked in and did all he could do. This review has nothing to do with him at all, he was great. The manager and kitchen on the other hand, it was bad. So very bad. My husband ordered a river whiskey burger, add bacon with only lettuce American cheese and ketchup. We got everything but, it took 5 burgers to get the correct combination. I ordered the same but mine was so charred it wasn't edible. We were very patient as they were busy but that has a limit and if I get attitude when I point out that it's wrong, yeah nah. I never have a problem paying for what I order but when it takes you 5 tries to make a rather simple order, yeah I don't think we should have. I don't think it was right for us to pay for the burger after 5 either wrong, burnt or not even our order. I'm really disappointed and won't be back.

I wish it wasn't so loud there, but the food was amazing. They were super busy, but the service was fantastic.

Burger was overcooked. Coleslaw had a piece of plastic wrap in it and was mostly horseradish. Not the best experience.

The garlic fries are regular fries they stink the food had no good taste
