Went tonight for dinner. We waited about 25 mins. No big deal. Food tasted decent. Service was horrible. We didn’t get the endless fries. We also didn’t get silverware. I asked the waiter for a knife to cut our burgers and she told me “ We might be all out of clean knives but I’ll go take a look” this was at 8pm… probably the craziest thing I’ve ever heard in a restaurant. The restaurant was about 1/4 full. The chefs were working hard but the rest of the employees were lacking extremely. This used to be my favorite place to go in the past.
Came in on my birthday had to ask to have happy birthday sang to me even though they knew it was my birthday…Requested two things on two of my family’s meals neither of those things were received food was okay was given bad fries and one meal with fries had random melted cheese on them. Weird.
The quality of the food was bad, really bad, compare to the other Red Robin locations.
I came in this evening , behind a group of fourty. Completely understanding what I got myself into , I agreed to wait the 30 minutes. After about forty minutes I was informed ( not by the manager ) that they weren't going to be able to seat me tonight at all. They close in the 3 hours. Very disappointed as it was my daughter date night.
Had a fun and relaxing meal here- the Bleu Ribbon burger was perfect and the bottomless garlic fries were *chef's kiss*. I really enjoyed the great service from Tomás and Tom, who clearly enjoy what they do and put everything into their work. Definitely recommend this location!
Chicken And fry are cold, chicken are terrible acid. There are only 4 clucks. Fry are also few, and black overburned. It cost me $19.98. I will say it may cost about $5 at MC and hot food. Red Robin gave me good experiences before. I updated my review, gave 5 star service, food arise to 3, 1 star this average with previous 4 stars, as I just got an surprise refund. So this may not my last time to visit Red Robin.
