Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Usually Red Robin is good when sit down and eat but when I ordered pick up it was horrible!! We got a Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger and a Tsunami shrimp with garlic fries. The burger was ordered with NO pink, and we got a totally pink burger. It was disgusting and I didn't get my garlic fries at all although it was an upcharge. Called twice for a refund and they were supposed to send me a gift card as a refund and they never emailed or mailed it. I spoke to a manager first and then the assistant manager with no results. Very disappointed bc usually they're okay.

We got our food within 10 minutes.everything was great

Man how this place has went down hill. They should not be able to say gourmet burgers as they have reduced their burgers to a mere thin patty. Their burgers used to be good. Now they are sub-par. Their bottomless sides are the only thing they got going for them. Wendy's has a better burger. It's just not worth the money.

I have been at red Robin restaurant very long time. So over the weekend I want to your red Robin restaurant in Chesapeake va. Celebrating my boyfriend s birthday and. Also the food it was amazing and very tasty and your employees and your waitress and your waiter. Thy were very nice with a very great positive attitude and a with a great smile and came back if we need anything. Else and checking in on us to making sure that we are doing OK. My boyfriend and I I will comeing back again for lunch or dinner.

Burgers were dry and tasteless.

I am so disappointed!!!!!!!! The burgers had no flavor they were overcooked my mom’s burger was well well done my sister’s burger had something hard in it!!! It was disgusting I will never waste my money here again

Decent family friendly restaurant and good for groups. Food and service are good most of the time. The bonzai burger is pretty good, as are the bottomless fries. The check out kiosks are very convenient.
