The tavern burger is a fantastic burger and the price with steak fries can't be beat.
I love Red Robin, we had actually gone to the one down at tryon first but it was packed and the service was awful. So we went to Northlake Instead, our waiter was very friendly and attentive. He brought me my bottomless rootbeer float with so much ice cream I didn't even have to ask for another one. Our food was made fast and well and never ran out of fries. We gave a good tip and the whole dinner was about $65 for two.
The empty parking lot should've given it away but my husband was set on a burger. The restaurant was dirty. Dirty tables, debris on the floor, nothing wiped down. Our glasses were never refilled and the food.. it was awful. The whole experience ruined RR for us. We spent almost $100 on onion rings, three burgers and fries, 3 drinks. Ridiculous price for stale fries and mediocre burgers, not to mention the dirty environment and NO SERVICE. We came at 7pm so it's not like we were closing down the establishment. Btw the avocado on the burger was completely brown. I'll throw that in too. Terrible, no good, take your hard earned money elsewhere
I hadn't had Red Robin in a long time. I tried the location at northlake. It was so good. The burger was delicious. I will say they drinks are super weak but everything else was good.
Great food. They have a great burger selection and they're always coming up with interesting new menu items and seasonal offerings.
