Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Croissants being used in fast food industry have become tasteless pieces of cardboard. Server was nice. Those of us who were there were all in one little area. This is not conducive to conversation.

We ordered the BTA sandwich with sweet potatoe fries. It was basically a lettuce sandwich with a couple thin pieces of bacon. What a ripoff for $14 for each sandwich. And, the sweet potatie fries were not very good.

I had a side salad with Italian dressing and the sautéed shroom burger which was very good. Sweet Potato Fries which could have been a little more crisp. The onion rings were crispy and delicious

Not too busy for a Saturday night, had great service. Didn't waited to long for our drinks or food.

Service was horrible and to add to the atmosphere of what appeared to be burnt out servers the food was gross. Both my husband and I got extremely sick after eating the food from here. My husband only took a few bites of his chicken sandwich and noticed something was off. However, it was too late and upon leaving he immediately started vomitting. Do not recommend!

This place has gone down especially in the last year. Hubby and I took our 2 grand kids here on Sunday. They were not busy at all. The breading on the fish was very undercooked, the burger was small and falling apart and overcooked, fries were under cooked. I had to ask for blue cheese for my wings. Our server was not organized, our appetizers were delivered before we got drinks, I had to get silverware from the hostess. We will not be returning. Bummer!!

Hey Red Robin - went there on Feb. 10, 2024 with my extended family. The service and ambiance was great. The Serious Salmon was disappointing. It came with no garnishes, it was not seared at all and there were no seasoning on it. The plate looked empty and the size was small. Not good at all. I think you are good at burgers, and not salmon.
