Slowest crew I have ever seen in my entire life waiting 23 min for my order in line. Never ever have I had a slow order made . And the structure is not consistent. Definitely needs to work on the staff efficiency and poor communication.

Service was good. All the way cheese Burger was stacked, messy, and very good. Fries were hot and fresh. Some tables were messy. Otherwise a good lunch.

$37 for 2 bacon cheeseburgers, regular fry, and a regular drink. The food isn't this good. This place has lost their minds. No wonder we were the only people inside.

Over well done, onions stinky like they sat at room temp all day and even w/ delivery the pickles were hot like it sat under a heat lamp like fast food. Not the glorious food I remember from their Canton site 20 yrs ago,

Great food with great service! I was waited on right away. The order taker was very friendly and efficient. The lobby was pretty clean and bright. All trash was picked up and floor swept and mopped. Drink station was clean and well stocked. Drink station had no visible signs of mold. The food took less than 5 minutes to prepare. I ordered a cheeseburger meal. The cheeseburger was well seasoned, juicy, and tasted great! I ordered the smallest order of French Fries, which was enough to feed a small family. They were hot, fresh, and well salted. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a classic burger and fries, with friendly employees.

I went in to order. When I saw the prices, I said to the guy, ‘this is pretty expensive’. He said, ‘it’s a real burger, ma’am’. I walked out.

Bailey waited on us and was friendly, efficient and funny. She made sure she had our order in correctly. Food was fine, as usual, but she was awesome. We happened to sit near the order counter and she treated everyone well and with a smile. Thanks!

My family and I love getting these custom juicy burgers. Seriously the best burger ever, and the crazy thing is I have had Fives Guys in Florida, Missouri, and Michigan...all super delicious burgers, a ridiculous amount of fresh fries, and a feeling like your in New York cerca 1947. Will always come back.

Best burger in town. All ways cooked fresh and made to order. The staff is always friendly. I go here at least once a week. I would recommend 👌

Food took forever and still tasted mediocre. Way too overpriced would have rather just gone to McDonald’s.
