Red Oak Brewery first started brewing in 1991 and is now the oldest Lager Only Craft Brewery in America. Our brew crew follows the 1516 Bavarian Purity Law, crafting your beer with only barley, hops, water and yeast. Our lagers are unfiltered, unpasteurized and naturally carbonated which means your beer will be fresh and pure! Next door you will find our beautiful Lager Haus & BierGarten. The hint of the old world offers an experience unlike any other. The Bavarian style beer hall is a great place to relax and hang out with friends, pick out a souvenir in the gift shop, grab a game from the game table or play corn hole outside, eat from our daily food trucks and of course drink the Best beer!
