Red Lobster

Decided to try red lobster tonite. Wife and I got surf and turf. One steak was great the other was cooked a couple times. Lobster was tuff. Mashed potatoes were ice cold. Biscuits were great. Cole slaw was good. So was the Pepsi. Waitress was fantastic, she brought out hot mashed potatoes.

Cold food,not the cleanest and overpriced for what your getting,very very disappointed.

Had a great experience here. The food was hot & delicious. Cheyann did a awesome job running the to go station as they were pretty busy on a Friday night. Thanks girl!

We had a really Bad dinner. We ordered steak and lobster but it took forever to get our meals. Steak was so bad I could not eat it the butter for the lobster came too late to eat and my lobster was not cooked long enough so it was tough to eat. Took forever to get the rolls. Just a really bad night. Will not go back.

Food was great! Service was horrible and very slow. Table next to us was dirty when we arrived, and never got touched before we left! Even after speaking with 2 managers (who were both super nice and polite), service did not improve. Multiple people complained tonight! Multiple people left unhappy at other tables! We could see at least 3 open tables in our area, only 2 guests at bar, so they were not packed. There was no waiting to be seated. Didn't even try to offer us to comp anything. Would've took just the appetizer comped, heck even our sodas knocked off would've helped raise our mood. I will not be back to this location. Spent over 2 hours there, mainly waiting. Bathrooms were ok clean. Tvs we're all on news. They were told from the get go out was a birthday and an anniversary. Horrible experience, but a long lasting story I guess LMAO

Kitchen was supposed to be backed up.... I wasn't seeing it...the place was less than half full. I'll never go back.... service was way under par. 2 other parties where very unhappy near us... I'm guessing that our server was new or just plan sucked at what they do...

Great server tonight, too. I think her name was Lauren. She was awesome and working the bar area.
