Red Lobster

The food was delicious as always The drinks were well made and very flavorful. The atmosphere was wonderful. It was a Saturday night so it was a bit crowded so there was a wait. They seemed short staffed so service could have been quicker and more attentive. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Thank you Darius for a great time out with my sons. We ALL enjoyed the food. My lobster was so sweet. and believe it or not the to go order of surf and turf was excellent when we arrived home. We will definitely be back!!!!❤️ ❤️

I am happy with the service but why did you take away the lobster bisque

I’ve seen this before and I told my coworkers and they said they experienced the same situation at locations 30 to 70 miles away RETENTION problems. High priced food low employee retention. No one cares, knows what to do, food looked like a ten year old trying to cook it, 25 minute wait with 30 tables open, dinner time Friday night, got a glimpse of cook on cell phone, waitresses in bathroom smoking, waitresses trying to convince us that ordering a single lobster with baked potato is not available instead at a minimum you have to buy 2 lobsters?? The most amazing thing was when I went to work to share my exciting story of a bad experience. They had the same one too a different locations. I believe in just my opinion, I’ve seen this happen too many times before that the business is just waiting out the lease that they have on the building and as soon as it’s up, they will not renew and they were close all their doors. Went for anniversary and was seated right next to the waitress station, clinging dishes, loud conversations, and a flashing light that was going bad right above the table. The restaurant was almost empty 10 tables filled, and 40 were empty and we got seated where everybody else was seated and it was crowded and noisy Told the waitress about the light and it was giving us a headache and she said it was like that for a week. we to order just a lobster and a baked potato and she said we got it. We had to get two lobsters and a baked potato but we didn’t want lobsters.

I love Red Lobster. Went for my favorite, Endless Shrimp, and couldn't finish my last plate. Was told I couldn't take it. Seriously? That was my only complaint

Our waitress was wonderful. Very attentive.

The service was great. The food was ok. Nothing made me want to go back. Except the buns, they are always great.

They changed A lot!the service was spectacular!and you didn't leave hungry.this restaurant is the only one in my area that the portions got BIGGER NOT SMALLER!were definitely going back soon.
