Red Lobster

I changed my post to 4 stars because the owner offered me resolution for a 5 star experience and in all fairness my previous experiences were great. I don't have facebook but appreciate the offer. I am still concerned about whatever employee(s) sent out the food. The shells could have caused the owner issues if it was anybody else and they swallowed it. Who QA'ed the food before it went out. I feel pity to the owner because in the past the service was excellent until recently and it's hard to keep watch over none caring individuals without good work ethics. No issues with the grilled and baked lobsters. Where to start, the salad was spoiled and I had to throw it out, the bake potatoe with lobster was not fully cooked, it smelled spoiled and did not look right I threw it out, the lobster linguini literally had no sauce and not a good taste, there were shells in the food. I could easily had taken a pic and sued especially if I had swallowed a shelI. I'm not that kind of person. I had to throw it out. I ordered the cake but got a dry cheesecake that seemed out of date, I ordered $135 and gave the driver a $38 tip. Basically it was a waste of money for a bad experience. The manager is not doing a QA on the food going out. Do they have disgruntled employees causing problems. Is red lobster intentionally trying to drive away business.

The only people in the area who really know sea food. Very nice servers too. Love the endless shrimp deal!

Our server, Kali, was outstanding! Her customer service went above and beyond. Thank you for such a wonderful evening and great food.
