Chicken pasta and biscuits were fantastic!

20 minutes to get soft drinks and they were wrong. Another 15 for side salads, ordered without onions, had onions on them. Has the all you can eat shrimp but took 25 minutes to get shrimp skewers after server said they would be out in 5 minutes. Finally just gave up on AYCE and left. So definitely not worth price paid.

Not a particularly pleasant experience on this visit. From the time we sat down until our main courses arrived at the table was 57 minutes. It wasn't very busy, and our waiter gave us a line about a bunch of online orders. Total time from start to finish of our meal, 1.5 hours. Waiter was absolutely fantastic, but the service overall failed to live up to reasonable expectations. Editing: Red Lobster corporate reached out and I had a discussion with them regarding my experience. Their solution was to send me a gift card for less than 1/3 of my meal cost. That's actually insulting. We won't be going back to Red Lobster anytime soon where I have to pay them money to hope our experience isn't similar.
