Red Lobster

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Red Lobster in Clermont, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. Mitch, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. His friendly demeanor and genuine interest in our experience added a personal touch to the evening.

We arrived for reservation at 6:30, seated 7 & did not get food till 8. Never go here on a holiday. Food good but too late. Manager comped the dinner.

Service and food was outstanding.

So I'm allergic to seafood they have tmreally good steak. I got the ny strip itnwas done the way I wanted it and cooked on a different grill from what they said.. I didn't get sick so I think they did.

2nd time we had to wait

I placed a take out order of fish and chips today. Usually the fish is excellent, however today I received a small piece of over cooked fish and a handful of fries. I am extremely disappointed.
