Red Lobster

Takes FOREVER to get take out. The people at the front are very rude and were spraying perfume everywhere. I was told my order would be ready in 5 minutes when I arrived and it was more like 15 minutes.

I arrived 8:30pm store close at 11pm placed my order for mango lemonade server told me after he attempted to get drink they poured out lemonade for the night offered Pepsi products I declined I don't drink pop. We had to wait for biscuits, ordered rainbow trout fried, broccoli, rice my husband ordered same thing but grilled rainbow trout as they're serving food they don't have no more rice so we had to order different side item, also he ordered mango martini on rocks, served it frozen rainbow trout was so plain fried only in grease everything was issue. There was no more than 5-6 other couples there. I tried to take him out for his birthday next time I will cook at home. My rating for this place F+

The twin lobster tails really good!

I posted a review Thursday night about service I experienced Thursday night 3/21/2024 colerain red lobster. I received reply back telling me to go to a Facebook page to send message, that's a failure also, you're not able to send a message. They have automated reply machine to message here. So I wanna be loud and clear. RED LOBSTER ON COLERAIN AVE. IS HORRIBLE, SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, THE MANAGER WAS HORRIBLE. TVS WAS HORRIBLE 13IN THE ENTIRE CREW STOOD IN FRONT OF, THE WAITER WAS GREAT HE COULD ONLY DO HIS JOB.
