Red Lobster

Had to wait over 45 minutes to be serve drinks n biscuits wasn’t greeted when coming in the establishment people where getting served before me and my significant other that was seated and placed orders after us it’s was my first time coming to the location in Cincinnati

First, my wife and I both agreed our stuffed mushrooms tasted the worst we've ever had. My lobster was not cooked correctly, so it was very chewy. Our server was very nice, but the service was terrible. It took over 30 minutes to get our second beers. The broccoli was supposed to be seasoned but had nothing on it. Overall, one of the worst dining experiences we've had. We would not recommend Red Lobster. $145.00 is the same money no matter where you go, so the food and service should be the same as you would get anywhere else.

Anneliese was our waitress and she was amazing! Super helpful in accommodating dietary restrictions and helped make our date night special.

Excellent food and great overall experience.

Wheelchair accessibility: Many accessible spots. 2 of our group use walkers or canes and they had no difficulty.
