Red Devil Pizza

I never leave reviews, but this place was a huge disappointment today. My family has gone to this place for years and tonight it went from my favorite pizza shop to easily the worst one. They were an hour late for a pick up on one large pepperoni pizza because they gave our pizza away, the only “compensation” was a free 2 liter and 25% off the next order, which the only way to get it off next time is by somehow trusting they will remember the name the order was under. Why would I even want to come back to a place with service like that? Edit: People make mistakes, but the customer service you provide people when you make the mistakes, like giving them a discount on the messed up item/items that were an hour behind, is what keeps the customers coming back. Until you fix your first mistake, I can’t trust you won’t do it again without any quality customer service to back you up. The future percentage off does nothing if you can’t get a customer to come back into your business.

I couldn’t love this place more if I tried! I recently lost my wallet as I was picking up my pizza (highly recommend btw ) and they kept it safe until I could pick up 10/10 pizza & people!

Atmosphere not like it used to be. Only take out is available.

I was in the area and decided to stop with my daughter. My daughter and I loved the pizza it was so good. We will definitely be coming back. I have told all my family about what a cute place you have. Thank you for the excellent customer service you gave my daughter and I.

Great tasting pizza!! Love it!!

My wings were huge which is a plus. Unfortunately, they were very cold. My pizza was crunchy good, that’s all. The mushroom were from a can. The sauce was decent. I hope to God you’re not using vegetables from a can
