Place was clean, snow crab was good. Definitely get extra corn and potatoes. Garlic butter sauce was on point. All around great experience.
Food was hot and fresh and the service was good.
Really enjoy this place the food it always fantastic. The flavor and freshness is top notch. When we are looking for a seafood fix this our go to and will continue to be!
My family, there were 3 of us went to this place on Friday night the 23rd. We thought we were going to celebrate 2 of our birthdays, instead of celebrating my daughter paid $138. PLUS a tip that I thought was excessive. (The tip wasn't left because of the great service or food but simply because we felt obligated to leave something). We were seated placed our beverage order and waited 10 minutes for our water and drink and another 20 minutes for our calamari which was cold when served. I returned it and was asked if I wanted it remade fresh?? what do you think? The male waiter came and took our order after waiting another 10 minutes after I returned the calamari. We repeated our orders twice, mine 3x because I am a picky eater. Maybe 20 minutes later our food arrived. Mine had to be returned because it had sauce when NONE was requested. About 10/15 minutes later my food arrived. My food was taken from one bag and put in a plain bag, I assume this happened in the kitchen? My food was lukewarm at BEST. About 5 minutes after getting my food he came back with the calamari that had less in the bowl than before I sent it back. Tho it wasn't cold it was close!! Also I don't drink but I do know that this is the FIRST time we've paid $12. for a Long Island Iced Tea. This beverage has been ordered at different establishments in the past. This was an expensive crappy night for us and definitely NOT a celebration. In my opinion our bill should have been comped and management should have apologized to us for what was supposed to be a celebration evening turned into an expensive crappy night. (A group of 4 women came in and were seated in a booth in front of us and after waiting 15 minutes, got up and walked out. As they were leaving the male server told them thank you and have a good night!! It didn't register with the man that these people left because they had been waiting to be served/acknowledged). My daughter kept apologizing to me for the crappy night. It was her and my birthdays we were celebrating and she felt bad for me!! I felt terrible for both of us, worse for her because she's the one who paid the bill. I couldn't eat my food except for 1/4 piece of scallop and a piece of crawfish. That's all I could stomach as I HATE COLD, WARM and LUKEWARM FOOD. Obviously staff isn't aware that if a crawfish tail is extended it isn't to be eaten because it was DEAD BEFORE it was cooked. I had the dead crawfish in my bag. Lucky me. My daughter gave half her food to Doug, eating some and taking the rest. If anyone has ever reheated seafood - well it doesn't turn out well at all. WE WILL TELL EVERYONE and have already told a few THAT WE KNOW WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WE HAD FROM THE SERVICE TO THE FOOD. ALTHOUGH I'm sure it doesn't matter to owner/management as you've already taken our money and provided the LOUSIEST dining experience we've ever had. I waited until tonight to write this review as I was so angry and I didn't want my anger to cloud my judgement. I wanted to be precise and honest in my criticism. And I have been, rereading this review 2x before sending it. The Ponder family
First time ordering from Red Crab. I ordered the fried oysters, which were perfect! Not over breaded or over fried. Def will order from Red Crab sgain!

i litterly can’t the workers there are so bad and irritating.it was so dirty and it took 10 min to get drinks i litterly just got up and left.
