Okay place, staff extremely unpleasant. I used to like coming to this pub, but my recent visit left me deeply disappointed. One of my friends felt unwell, so I went to the staff to ask for some help, and I asked to buy a coke or juice. But instead of lending a hand, they told me 'service is out,' even though the pub was open. When I asked for some sugar to mix with water, they just pointed to the tap. Our friend is okay now, thankfully, but the staff couldn't care less about her. When we tried to explain again, the manager's response was, 'why do you want sugar?Does your friend have diabetes?' It was rude and uncalled for. I won't be coming back here, and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this place too. It's a shame because I used to enjoy it there.

Red Bear has fun and unique beer selections, good bar food, and serves as an excellent locally owned staple to NOMA. Highly recommend!
