First time trying the well known rassams. Was quite impressed with the service i had received. The guy at the front was really helpful and very informative. I think he goes by the name of billu(short white lad). Do recommend to dessert lovers.
Came in at night got some ice creams absolutely amazing
Second time I have placed an order and it has come incorrect.. when calling the store they are able to state it is their mistake as they have changed the menu but not updated it online .. however the just say there is nothing they can do and give you an email address .. to which no one replies ... both orders have been over £30 to be left with a product I didn't not order or want
They can't even open at the right time! Fix your timings.
Honestly really upsetting to see this establishment rapidly decline! What established desert chain has only three people working yet they accept orders from inside , courier partners and online. That shows catchment area needs and manages lack of priority to customer service. Staff are all very immature , pulling trousers up and wiping sniffles off their nose with bare hands unfortunately. I’m a retired health / food inspector. Even though the place was clean to say the least, your reputation relies on your staff. Just a heads up - from what I gather , staff are using English as an additional language so please take your time making your order as they can make mistakes easily (more than usual). My kids did enjoy their desert but my milkshake was full of just ice cream basically . When I asked him to sort it , he replied , “we put under microwave no worries fam” That’s me done with the Darnall Branch. I will be going to treatz in the future on London road : heard the people there appreciate customers .
